The amount of food your cat needs will vary depending on breed, activity level, age and climate. Use our feeding chart as a guide, adjusting the quantity fed to achieve your cat’s ideal weight. We suggest feeding twice a day, kittens more often. Provide fresh, clean water at all times. Love, attention, playtime and chin scratches should be given freely, as often as possible.  Pregnant/lactating females: increase intake by 50%.

Healthy Food & Happy Kitties!
While buying our usual food, we were also given a sample of the Go Duck food, and all 4 of our cats loved it immediately! They were actually excited, as if it were at treat and scarfed it down. So back to the pet store we went to exchange, and so far, so good! Really impressed with the ingredients in this food, and also what is NOT in it (like grain & corn.) One of our cats previously had urinary problems, so I was also happy to see that the ash and magnesium content is lower. It is more expensive, but we are happy to pay more for a good quality product for our kitties :)

Amazing results from this food!
I am actually astounded at the improvement in my senior cat since we started feeding her this. My 15-year-old girl has had problems with dermatitis and over-grooming since she was a kitten. She has literally licked all the fur off entire parts of her body and has had numerous hotspots that bleed and become infected. I’ve tried everything over the years, dietary changes, prescription food, cortisone shots and pills, acupuncture, herbal supplements, keeping her in a collar to prevent further damage and allow her sores to heal, even tried a kitty “tee shirt” (doesn’t work very well). I would have to take her to the vet every few months to get a shot and/or treat her sores. I tried this food some months back with no expectations as to her condition but only because it sounded like a good healthy food. I cannot believe the changes in her. Not only has she stopped the licking, and all her scabs and sores have healed, but she has so much more energy! As a senior, she still spends a lot of time sleeping and lounging but now she is interested in playing, she runs around in the morning and you would not think she was an elderly cat. She also drinks a lot more water for some reason, and lost so,e weight. In fact, I was concerned about this and took her to the vet but she has no kidney problems or diabetes and is really healthy. It finally dawned on me that this is all because of the change in diet. I truly am thrilled and grateful to at last find something that works for my kitty!

A lifesaver!
My cat Zeke has always had a sensitive stomach and I had to be very careful of what I was feeding him. I researched and found Go! Duck recipe and decided to give it a try. He and his brother both love it and Zeke does great with it! No vomiting or other stomach upsets. It's worth every penny to have him eat without any problems.

Not LID - Read the ingredients carefully
The reason why people buy a limited ingredient duck diet is because their cats suffer from common allergies to eggs and poultry. I am not sure why GO! would include chicken fat in this food, especially since ducks are much fattier than chickens. They should have just used duck (one protein) exclusively to call this a Limited ingredient product. Too bad.

Hi Andy - Thanks for your review. Limited Ingredient Diets offer a single source of meat protein with as few ingredients as possible to meet the nutritional requirements of the dog or cat. In the case of our recipes, the protein sources we use would be considered low exposure, and we rule out ingredients typically used in pet food as well. In the case of both chicken fat and flavour, they do not contain intact chicken protein, which is responsible for allergies and intolerances.

Happy Cats!
After trying dozens of brands we were recommended this for our two cats. One has a sensitive stomach and the other loses weight fairly darasticly. This food has changed our lives! Our cats are happy and healthy and look towards every feeding time!

Wow! Our older cat Slick loves this food. He acts as though he is getting treats when we feed him. We love the small 0.5lbs size bags as this keeps his food as fresh as it can be. Thank you so much for making this truly awesome cat food.

Outstanding!
Our Siamese cat has thrown up for years after eating. We have tried MANY brands of cat food with no success. After starting this food she immediately stopped throwing up. And, she loves it! Don't ever stop making this!

Finally!
At last, I find a food for my cats that is hypoallergenic AND contains no corn. My two cats are allergic to chicken, and one of them is corn-intolerant. With this food, she finally can eat without being sick a few minutes after... the best thing is... She loves it!

Great for our 3 cat household!
Have one cat with a wheat intolerance and another with a chicken intolerance. This food has worked well for our 3 cat household. Everyone's weight is healthy on a combination of this dry food and the wet version.

Perfect!
I was thrilled to find a dry food that does not contain fish for an elderly cat that can not have fish. All 3 cats eat this as if it were steak and they are doing well on a diet of the Petcurean canned and this as a dry treat.
Kippen's Story

Kippen is a “flopper”. And, a lover. You pick her up, and she flops into your arms. Put her down, and she flops down. She’s one of the most affectionate, cuddly, and accepting cats there is. Kippen (or “Kip” as her dad calls her) is also very smart, loves to learn, and seeks the spotlight constantly. Kippen’s a people pleaser, she is. We love you too, Kippen you floppycat, you.
